Insurance Accepted
I currently accept insurance from Aetna, Medical Mutual, United Behavioral Health, and United Health Care UHC , OPTUM and OSCAR.
Private Pay and Out of Network are other options.
Insurance Sessions and Rates
Sessions are generally 45 minutes, although some insurance companies provide for sessions up to 60 minutes. Rates will vary depending on insurance carrier, and the portion you are responsible for will depend on your individual policy. Your portion (copay, deductible, etc.) is due at time of service. If you would like, I can help you determine whether your policy covers a session, and what portion you are responsible for.
Accepted Payment Types
I accept cash, check, Health Savings Account (HSA) cards, and all major credit cards.
Out-of-Network
If you have an insurance provider not listed above, services may still be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee-benefit plan or your HSA. You will submit payment for the session fees at the time of the service, and then I will submit to your insurance company so they can reimburse you directly. Please see my Out-of-Network and Private Pay pages for more information concerning various options.
