Every eating disorder is as unique and different as the person struggling with it. My goal is to get to know you…and strive to understand your personal struggle. I will work with you to identify your strengths and means to best work with you on your individual path to a freer, healthier life.
Together, our main goal is to find out / identify what limiting beliefs, maladaptive behaviors, family dynamics and habitual thought processes that contribute to the eating disorder and attempt to lead to a life that is not congruent with your values. We will find and build confidence in yourself so you can lead a more peaceful, more powerful, more fulfilling life.
